Terri Blankenship has worked with Iredell County EMS since 2020 and currently serves as the Lead Peer Support Specialist for the Community Response Support Team. With over a decade in recovery, she brings both professional training and lived experience to her work supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.

Terri works closely with EMS providers and community partners to connect people with resources, reduce stigma, and promote pathways to recovery. She is passionate about prevention and education, focusing on emerging substance use trends and practical ways communities can work together to reduce harm.
