Sean Wilson
Sean Wilson is a healthcare strategist, wellness entrepreneur, and systems-level thinker working at the intersection of functional medicine, longevity science, and behavioral health.
Today, Sean brings that systems mindset into the world of functional and integrative medicine as a co-owner of Opti-Health Lake Norman in Mooresville. There, he focuses on proactive, personalized approaches to health optimization—integrating longevity medicine, metabolic health, hormone optimization, neuro-regenerative therapies, and bio-hacking strategies designed to extend healthspan rather than simply treat disease.
Sean is also the founder of Team SAPO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans through innovative behavioral health solutions, including carefully guided plant-medicine experiences, integration support, and community-based healing models. Team SAPO’s mission is rooted in addressing trauma, PTSD, and moral injury by combining natural medicine with modern therapeutic frameworks and responsible, ethical care.
Across his work, Sean is deeply interested in how biology, behavior, environment, and consciousness intersect—and how intentional design, lifestyle medicine, and emerging wellness technologies can help individuals reclaim agency over their health.
