Jeff joined Partners Behavioral Health Management (Partners) in 2016. In this role, he is responsible for Community and Government Relations in Surry, Yadkin, and Iredell Counties.  Jeff served as Community Operations Director for CenterPoint Human Services from 2007-2016. He has also worked for the North Carolina Division of Vocational Rehabilitation as a Rehabilitation Counselor and as an Employment Representative for the Northwest Piedmont Council of Governments that is now part of the Piedmont Triad Regional Council.

Jeff received a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education and Human Development from Radford University in 2002 and was recognized as the Most Outstanding Student in the Community/Agency Counseling track. He became a National Certified Counselor in 2002 and a North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor (now North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor) in 2004. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech in 1993.

Jeff and his wife live in Lewisville and have 4 adult children and 2 cats.
