Callie Farmer

Callie is a Statesville, NC native who is deeply committed to building stronger, more resilient communities and doing work that truly makes a difference.

She’s passionate about turning big-hearted ideas into meaningful, sustainable action — ensuring programs run effectively, volunteers feel valued, and donor contributions are managed with transparency and care.

After co-founding and growing nonprofit efforts across Western North Carolina, she has seen firsthand that serving people goes beyond delivering services. It means listening well, standing in the gap, and being a voice for those who feel unheard. Advocacy isn’t separate from her work — it’s central to it.

Her background includes nonprofit leadership, healthcare administration, digital communications, donor relationships, and crisis logistics. At her core, she cares deeply about people and believes in doing things the right way. She brings a steady, solutions-focused leadership style and thrives in environments where collaboration, trust, and integrity matter.

Callie was recently awarded the 2026 Uplift Woman of the Year by Iredell Health Systems.
